Our Services

Go Globe Consultant provides professional visit visa consultancy and travel-related assistance, including visa consultation, application form assistance, document preparation and review, appointment assistance, visa request/cover letters, travel insurance assistance, hotel and flight reservation assistance, travel itinerary planning, document uploading, interview preparation, and complete file processing.

The exact scope of service may vary according to the client’s selected service or package.

Visa Services Disclaimer

Go Globe Consultant is an independent private visa consultancy and is not an embassy, consulate, visa application centre, or government/immigration authority.

We assist clients in preparing and processing visa applications; however, we do not issue visas and do not guarantee visa approval.

The final decision to approve, refuse, delay, or request additional documentation remains entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, high commission, or immigration authority.

Visa requirements, appointment availability, processing times, government fees, and immigration policies may change without prior notice according to the relevant authorities.

Client Information & Documents

Clients are required to provide complete, accurate, genuine, and up-to-date information and documents for their applications.

Go Globe Consultant will not be responsible for any refusal, delay, cancellation, or other consequences resulting from false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or inaccurate information/documents provided by a client.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that their passports and other required travel documents are valid and appropriate for their intended travel.

Booking, Service & Payment

Consultancy or service fees are charged for the professional services provided by Go Globe Consultant and do not represent payment for or guarantee of visa approval.

Full payment or an agreed advance may be required before commencement or completion of services, according to the selected service/package.

All payments must be made only through the official company-designated account or authorized payment channel. Go Globe Consultant will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or accounts. Clients should retain their official receipt or proof of payment.

Embassy, VAC, government, insurance, airline, hotel, courier, biometric, appointment, or other third-party charges are separate unless specifically included in the agreed package.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the service or package agreed with the client.

Once consultancy work, documentation, application preparation, booking, or another agreed service has commenced, applicable service charges may be non-refundable. Embassy, government, VAC, airline, hotel, insurance, and other third-party charges are subject to the respective provider’s own cancellation and refund policies.

Appointments & Processing Times

Embassy/VAC appointments are subject to availability and the procedures of the relevant authority. Go Globe Consultant does not guarantee appointment availability or a specific visa processing time.

Any estimated timeline provided to a client is for guidance only and may change due to embassy, VAC, immigration, government, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Travel & Third-Party Services

Where Go Globe Consultant assists with hotel reservations, flight reservations, travel insurance, transportation, or other third-party services, such services remain subject to the terms, availability, cancellation rules, and policies of the respective provider.

Limitation of Responsibility

Go Globe Consultant will provide its agreed consultancy services with reasonable professional care. However, we are not responsible for visa refusals, administrative delays, policy changes, appointment unavailability, additional requirements imposed by authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The Go Globe Consultant name, logo, website content, graphics, designs, and original materials are the property of Go Globe Consultant and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Privacy

Personal information and documents provided by clients are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used for consultancy, visa application assistance, communication, and other requested services.

Where necessary for the requested service, information may be provided to relevant embassies, consulates, visa application centres, government authorities, or authorized service providers.

Changes to Services & Terms

Go Globe Consultant reserves the right to update its services, fees, policies, and these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated Terms & Conditions will become effective once published on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
